4. Indicative Pricing and Quotes

Unless confirmed by us for your job, prices on this site are indicative estimates in AUD, not fixed tariffs. Final pricing depends on the vehicle, parts and actual scope of work, and is confirmed before repairs proceed. GST treatment should be confirmed with us.

5. Customer Approval for Repairs

If inspection reveals additional faults or extra work, we will contact you with an explanation and a revised quote; additional repairs proceed only with your approval.

6. Parts and Additional Work

Where parts must be ordered, timeframes and pricing may depend on availability and supplier costs; we will advise you of changes before continuing.

7. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed directly with us. To change or cancel, contact us as early as possible so we can reschedule.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are confirmed at booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due when work is completed and the vehicle is collected.

9. Vehicle Collection

Please collect your vehicle at the agreed time and bring any details we request at booking or drop-off.

10. Warranties and Australian Consumer Law

Warranty terms applying to our work are those in our actual service policy, communicated for your job. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
